KJR Management is an asset management company that specializes in Japanese real estate investment. We manage two J-REITs: Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation (“JMF”), which invests in retail properties, office buildings and hotels and Industrial & Infrastructure Fund Investment Corporation (“IIF”), which focuses on both industrial and infrastructure properties.
